Design Pricing

An In-Home consult is a great service for anyone that is looking for advice on what to do with their room, but is wanting to do the design, layout, sourcing and renovations themselves.

Sometimes, a client moves into a space that has a different layout than the home they’ve lived in before, or a perhaps a challenging layout and are wondering what they should do with their space.

An In-Home consult includes the following:

• A one hour consultation visit where I come to your home and look at your space, ask you where you are finding the space challenging as well as your budget. I will ask you about your style and make recommendations based on your responses and my initial reactions to your home.
• Follow-up email/check in.

Designer by the Hour includes any work to create a 3D floor plan, source product, collaboration with the client or contrators via email, messaging or by phone. This is a good option for the client that wants to be involved in the design process. They may have a vision for the space and want to work together to create what they've dreaming of!

Project Manager-Approximately 30% of overall budget of all products sourced. If a client chooses this option, after they have approved the budget for all the furnishings and accessories, they would pay 30% to the designer which would include all communication from that point on, all ordering, all delivery, all assembly and all staging until the project's completion.

This is a good option for someone who wants to entrust the project to the designer and have a minimal input until they see the BIG REVEAL!
